Starting my own business, ARETE Advisory Limited, has been both exhilarating and challenging. After 25 years in the insurance and business consultancy world, I knew I had the experience, insight, and network to build something of my own. But making the leap from a secure corporate role to entrepreneurship wasn’t just about expertise—it was about mindset.
